Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a part of our Family Medicine team. This role involves engaging with patients and their families to discuss treatment plans, medications, and overall health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support, focusing on a comprehensive approach to family medicine.
- Educate patients and families regarding their treatment options and health management.
- Document patient interactions and care accurately and thoroughly.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner program.
- Experience in a family medicine or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Valid certification and license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
