The Quality Design Lead is responsible for offering strategic leadership in quality throughout the development and execution of a new facility for high-potency small molecule manufacturing. This position guarantees adherence to GMP standards and provides quality oversight from the project’s design phase to construction, qualification, and preparation for start-up. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a similar scientific field. A background of 5 to 10 years in pharmaceutical quality assurance or technical operations is essential.
