Job Summary
Dr. Beuchel, a specialized foot and ankle orthopedic surgeon, is on the lookout for a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver outstanding and empathetic care in managing orthopedic conditions. This full-time position is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and requires an onsite presence to ensure effective patient treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients with orthopedic issues, particularly in foot and ankle treatments.
- Collaborate with the orthopedic surgery team to facilitate patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough examinations and follow-up evaluations for patients.
- Prescribe medications, manage care plans, and perform necessary procedures under the supervision of Dr. Beuchel.
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options to foster informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience or training in orthopedic surgery is preferred.
