Job Summary
The Senior Staff Engineer will be at the forefront of leading the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) initiatives for the RQ-4 NATO Final Infrastructure program. This role entails the responsibility of overseeing the technical baseline and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the system performance requirements are achieved effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the RQ-4 NATO Final Infrastructure program.
- Manage the technical baseline to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee and facilitate milestone reviews to assess project progress and performance.
- Coordinate with various teams to align on system requirements and objectives.
Qualifications
- STEM degree required.
- 10 to 14 years of relevant professional experience, depending on degree level.
- Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated experience leading milestone reviews and managing technical baselines.
