The Sr Staff Engineer will lead the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) efforts for the RQ-4 NATO Final Infrastructure program. They are responsible for managing the technical baseline, overseeing milestone reviews, and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance requirements are met. Candidates must hold a STEM degree with at least 10 to 14 years of relevant professional experience depending on the degree level. An active DoD Secret clearance is required, along with proven experience in leading milestone reviews and managing technical baselines.
