Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all facets of production operations at our facility located in Maquoketa, Iowa. This onsite role involves managing Production Operators and ensuring adherence to approved processes, as well as providing clear direction for plant operations to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all production activities within the facility.
- Manage and provide guidance to Production Operators to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement approved protocols and strategies for effective plant operations.
- Conduct inspections of machines and equipment to ensure proper function and safety.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor on operational procedures.
- Perform operational tasks as necessary to support production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in a production supervisory role is preferred.
- A High School diploma is mandatory; additional qualifications may be considered.
- Understanding of production processes and operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to perform equipment inspections and address operational issues effectively.
