The professional will act as an Owner’s Representative to supervise various capital improvement initiatives within a functioning healthcare environment. This role involves managing project budgets, timelines, and ensuring adherence to relevant building codes and engineering standards. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license, along with 6-10 years of experience in design and construction. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and be capable of working on active construction sites while equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
