Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team at a CAP and CLIA accredited full-service clinical laboratory located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work either the day or evening shift in an onsite environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform various laboratory tests and analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory standards and regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
- Document results and maintain accurate laboratory records.
Qualifications
- A degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) for Medical Technologist candidates.
- An Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology for Medical Laboratory Technician candidates.
- Licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
