Job Summary
The In-house Clinical Research Associate II plays a crucial role in facilitating the operations of clinical trials. This full-time, onsite position in the United States involves managing site-specific responsibilities and providing assistance to field Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to ensure the smooth progression of research activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate site-related activities within clinical trials.
- Assist field CRAs with the maintenance of Investigator Site Files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support the execution of clinical study protocols to facilitate data collection and reporting.
- Interact with site personnel to address any operational issues and provide necessary guidance.
Qualifications
- A background in clinical research, preferably with experience in a role such as a study coordinator or research nurse.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
