Job Summary
The Process Engineer will be responsible for leading the engineering scale-up of downstream processing activities, including the recovery and processing of specialty gases. This role requires expertise in various engineering disciplines related to construction and corrosion mechanisms, as well as proficiency in materials selection for optimal project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the engineering scale-up processes for specialty gas recovery and processing.
- Implement effective systems for materials selection to enhance project efficiency and safety.
- Utilize expertise in construction and corrosion mechanisms to ensure integrity and reliability in processes.
- Design, scale, and operate systems related to condensation and desublimation effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in engineering roles specific to downstream processing, particularly in specialty gases.
- Strong background in materials selection and understanding of corrosion mechanisms.
- Experience in designing, scaling, or operating relevant processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite environment in San Leandro, California.
