- Work in conjunction with Colleague Resource Generalists to enhance recruitment processes.
- Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
- Ensure alignment between hiring practices and organizational goals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
