Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician III position is a critical role focused on optimizing and enhancing manufacturing equipment. The technician will collaborate closely with engineering and management teams to ensure the ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of operations, particularly during the specified shifts.

- Support management in operational objectives and improvements.
- Act as a key resource for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Contribute to team efforts regarding machinery reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to machinery.
- Ability to work effectively on either 2nd shift (2 pm to 10 pm) or 3rd shift (10 pm to 6 am).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities.
