Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a focus on OB-GYN and Fertility to join our team in Clackamas, Oregon. This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care that includes performing diagnostic procedures and managing medication orders, all under the expert supervision of a physician. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in enhancing the wellbeing of patients seeking fertility treatments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic studies and assessments for fertility patients.
- Order and manage medications as necessary for patient care.
- Work collaboratively with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of float protocols for NP/PAs.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements.
- Provide patient education regarding fertility options and health-related topics.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse License in Oregon, to be obtained within six months of hire, or a current Physician Assistant license.
- Experience in OB-GYN and fertility care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
