Job Summary
We are in search of dependable and meticulous candidates to become part of our production team as Machine Operators for the 2nd or 3rd shift. This role involves working onsite in Clinton, Tennessee, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, primarily from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The focus of this position is to ensure smooth production operations, optimize processes, and maintain machinery during periods of lower demand.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery effectively to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and address system bottlenecks to enhance productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, particularly during quieter periods.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
- Proven reliability and attention to detail in previous roles.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an advantage.
