Odyssey Systems is looking for a skilled Senior Network Administrator to join our team at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. This role is focused on delivering essential support to various enterprise IT functions, which include network administration, cybersecurity, and the maintenance of communications infrastructure. As a key player in our organization, the Senior Network Administrator will also serve as a specialist in customer support for our programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and management of network operations and connectivity.
- Ensure the security of network systems in line with best practices.
- Support the integration and functionality of enterprise IT frameworks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance related to IT services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Approximately 15 years of relevant experience in network administration or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience in managing and supporting IT communications infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite work arrangement.
