Job Summary
The Host Home / Shared Living Provider plays a crucial role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals receiving home-based services. This position focuses on fostering meaningful relationships, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for those in their care. Providers will collaborate closely with clients and service coordinators to ensure tailored support that meets unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting their autonomy and dignity.
- Facilitate social and community engagement to help clients develop interpersonal skills.
- Maintain open communication with service coordinators and family members regarding the well-being of the individual.

Qualifications
