**Job Title: Lead Supplier Industrialization Engineer**
Oversee the industrialization of suppliers for precision-machined components and turbomachinery parts, guiding the process from design release to production readiness. Responsible for managing supplier performance, implementing process controls, and conducting root-cause analyses to guarantee hardware quality and reliability. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, along with a minimum of ten years’ experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or supplier quality. Candidates should have a strong background in precision machining, GD&T, and assessing technical risks associated with complex hardware.
