Job Summary
The Lead IT QA Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing the quality assurance processes within the IT department. This position is responsible for ensuring that all IT systems and applications meet rigorous quality standards before deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to validate IT systems.
- Coordinate and lead QA testing efforts across various projects.
- Monitor testing phases and maintain records for compliance and accuracy.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.

- Prepare and present reports on QA findings and metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a lead role.
