Job Summary
The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role involves assessing patients’ physical conditions, designing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients recover and improve their mobility while ensuring safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical condition and needs.

- Document patient care and progress in accordance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
