The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience within the store, while also ensuring that the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas are well-organized. Responsibilities include helping with product launches, handling transactions, and promoting participation in the loyalty program. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in retail. Familiarity with retail technology, including iPads and point-of-sale systems, is necessary, and flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, is a must.
