The role also entails active involvement in continuous improvement projects, upholding quality standards, and enhancing workstation configurations. Applicants should possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential, and experience in injection molding is an advantage.
