Job Summary
The Clinical Research Associate – Sponsor Dedicated role focuses on overseeing and coordinating clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. This position involves maintaining effective communication and fostering strong relationships with investigators and site staff to ensure the successful execution of clinical studies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with investigators and site personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth progression of clinical trials.
- Perform site evaluations, initiate, monitor, and close out clinical sites.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of site staff regarding study procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in clinical trial management and monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with research personnel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
