Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in sourcing and acquiring top talent for GEODIS, a company dedicated to unlocking business potential. This position operates remotely, providing flexibility while contributing to the overall recruitment strategy and execution within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local HR and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and refine job descriptions.
- Manage the scheduling of interviews and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.

- Participate in enhancing the overall candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
