Oversee operations across an affordable housing portfolio, including regulatory compliance, staffing, financial performance, leasing, resident relations, and property maintenance. Lead on-site teams, monitor property condition and service quality, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure accurate reporting and timely responses to operational issues. Requires affordable housing experience, including LIHTC, and prior experience as a Regional Manager; a high school diploma or equivalent is listed, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or qualifying housing-industry experience. CAM or ARM certification is preferred, along with basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.
