The Compounder plays a key role in the production of bulk solutions, which entails measuring raw materials, compounding batches, and cleaning equipment. This position also includes overseeing documentation, reviewing records, and coordinating tank scheduling to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or possess an advanced degree, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in cGMP and ERPLx systems. Essential skills include strong mathematical abilities, proficiency in reading and communication, as well as basic computer skills.
