Applicants should possess extensive experience in composing or contributing to FSARs or NRC license applications related to commercial reactors or vendors. A comprehensive understanding of NRC Regulatory Guides and the requirements outlined in 10 CFR 50.34, along with the capability to articulate intricate engineering principles into effective regulatory arguments, is crucial.
