The Reactor Operations Lead will be responsible for establishing the core operational program for the Nautilus floating nuclear power plant, which includes the creation of all operational procedures and validation and verification documentation. This role requires working closely with engineering and licensing teams to incorporate operational necessities into the reactor’s design and regulatory filings. Ideal candidates should possess proven experience in developing or executing nuclear operating procedures within highly regulated settings, such as those found in commercial or Navy nuclear programs. Outstanding technical writing abilities and a proficiency in adapting regulatory terminology to innovative facility designs are critical for success in this position.
