Manage personal injury cases from attorney involvement through settlement or referral to litigation, including case strategy, damages evaluation, demand preparation, and negotiations with insurers. Advise and communicate with clients, collaborate with support staff, maintain accurate case records, and ensure compliance with applicable requirements. Requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active, good-standing Texas Bar license, along with personal injury experience and knowledge of claims, liability, damages, insurance coverage, and settlement negotiations. Candidates should be able to manage a high-volume caseload, communicate and negotiate effectively, exercise sound legal judgment, and work collaboratively; two or more years of personal injury experience is preferred.
