Job Summary
The Solutions Architect is responsible for managing the technical sales process by leading discovery sessions and defining integration solutions tailored for potential clients. This role necessitates close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services teams, ensuring seamless technical transitions and enhancing the organization’s knowledge repository.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, ideally within a B2B SaaS or supply chain context.
- Strong understanding of EDI, B2B protocols, and API structures.
- Ability to effectively utilize AI tools in everyday workflows.
