The Direct Support Professional’s primary role is to safeguard the safety, health, and well-being of individuals during the overnight hours. Responsibilities encompass delivering crisis management support, managing medication administration, and accurately documenting medical information and program activities. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience in fields such as social work, psychology, or special education. Applicants need to be at least 18 years old and must have the ability to stay awake and attentive throughout the overnight shift.
