Lead daily production operations, owning safety, quality, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, material flow, and inventory accuracy. Develop and hold teams accountable while resolving production issues, implementing root-cause corrective actions, and driving measurable continuous improvement. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including demonstrated production leadership, plus at least three years of manufacturing supervision. Candidates must have strong problem-solving and communication skills, experience in team-based or union environments, transactional inventory accuracy, and familiarity with ERP systems.
