Job Summary
The Outpatient Counselor FLOAT role is primarily aimed at providing therapeutic support to clients in various outpatient settings. This position allows practitioners to work across multiple locations, addressing the diverse needs of clients through individualized care and therapy sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients in outpatient environments.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress notes.

Qualifications
- Required: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Active licensure as a professional counselor or equivalent in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in outpatient counseling settings is preferred.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload in a flexible environment.
