The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a vital role within our healthcare team, assisting in providing high-quality patient care while earning competitive wages of up to $28.00 per hour. This position primarily focuses on supporting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their health status, and ensuring a safe and conducive environment for recovery in Overland Park, KS.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ health conditions to the nursing staff.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in patient rooms and common areas.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed CNA in the state of Kansas.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
