Manage the execution of federal contracts, IDIQ vehicles, and task orders, including customer relationships, contract compliance, budgets, staffing, subcontractors, risks, and performance reporting. Lead program teams, resolve operational issues, improve service delivery, and support proposals and contract growth. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience managing federal contracts, task orders, or complex programs, including IDIQ contracts and multiple concurrent task orders. Candidates should have experience with federal customers, contract performance, subcontractors, financial and risk management, and government reporting tools; PMP certification is preferred.
