The Senior Medical Copywriter plays a pivotal role in creating precise medical content tailored for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This includes developing HCP campaign materials and medical education resources. The individual will guide brand strategies and copy development, all while ensuring adherence to US regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality medical content for a variety of healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives.
- Lead and manage projects from both a strategic and copywriting standpoint.
- Ensure that all produced content meets US regulatory requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent messaging across platforms.
Qualifications
- A graduate degree or PhD in a scientific discipline is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical writing within a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of FDA promotional regulations, the PhRMA Code, and familiarity with Veeva/PromoMats is essential.
