**Property Manager**
The Property Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the property, which includes financial planning, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to housing regulations and corporate guidelines. This role entails upholding property standards, enhancing revenue through effective leasing tactics, and building positive relationships with residents. Applicants should have excellent managerial abilities, a strong command of property management software, and the capacity to analyze financial statements. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, as well as a valid driver’s license and the capability to conduct physical inspections of the property.
