Job description
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily activities within the warehouse, focusing on receiving, storage, and shipping processes while promoting safety, enhancing productivity, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role includes mentoring and developing hourly staff, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and executing ongoing improvement strategies. Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 5 years of advanced experience in warehouse leadership and demonstrate a solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is highly desirable.
