Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review patient care plans for effectiveness.
- Administer medications and closely monitor patients for any side effects.
- Observe and document signs, symptoms, and behaviors of patients.
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and overall comfort.
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LVN license.
