Job Summary
The MedTech Field Service Technician position involves on-call and per diem responsibilities based in the Eugene/Portland, OR area. This role is pivotal in delivering support and maintenance services for medical technology equipment, ensuring optimal operational capacity and performance to meet the specific needs of healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bi-annual or annual preventative maintenance activities as mandated by customer agreements.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of medical equipment as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Support the installation and configuration of medical technology devices.
- Document all service activities and customer interactions accurately.
