Job Summary
The MedTech Field Service Technician – On-Call / Per Diem position in Eugene/Portland, OR, is a vital role at IQVIA. This technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and maintenance for medical technology equipment within healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will contribute to the care and performance of medical devices ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bi-annual or annual preventative maintenance as specified by customer requirements.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of medical equipment on-site.
- Provide outstanding customer service to healthcare clients.
- Engage in field service engineering tasks related to biomedical equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, field service, or engineering roles is highly desirable.
- Background in biomedical maintenance preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility to work on an on-call or per diem basis.
