The Engineering Manager will oversee worldwide testing, validation, and compliance efforts for the Access product line, guaranteeing conformity with global regulatory requirements. This role also entails managing prototype manufacturing facilities and developing a new test and validation team in North America. Applicants should have either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in test, validation, or compliance. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) and extensive knowledge of Aerial Work Platform (AWP) products are essential.
