This position is responsible for guiding the long-term manufacturing strategy, managing capital and operational expenditure planning, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to support sustainable growth. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable discipline, alongside a minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering operations. Additionally, candidates are required to have at least 5 years in a leadership position and experience in complex, high-stakes environments.
