Job Summary
The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing quality assurance evaluations throughout the areas of hardware design, manufacturing, and operational practices, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. This role also focuses on enhancing the quality management system through the creation of implementable corrective actions and providing guidance to team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance assessments in hardware design, manufacturing, and operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the quality management system.
- Develop actionable corrective measures to address quality issues.
- Mentor and support team members in quality assurance practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in high-reliability industries.
- Strong understanding of ISO-based management standards.
- Experience in the implementation of quality management systems.
