Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a crucial role in guiding the financial strategy of the organization. This leader will be responsible for overseeing the development and analysis of financial reports, budgeting processes, and forecasting to drive informed decision-making and support the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and presentation of financial forecasts and budgets to executive leadership.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment in financial planning and performance tracking.
- Oversee the financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Enhance financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to senior management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
