Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for enhancing sales growth and increasing the use of Signatera molecular diagnostic tests. This will be achieved by establishing strategic partnerships with both academic and community oncology professionals. The role includes managing territory business plans to optimize revenue, boost account performance, and work collaboratively across functions to ensure customer success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with oncology stakeholders to drive the adoption of Signatera tests.
- Create and manage comprehensive business plans for the assigned territory to maximize sales and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with different teams to support customer success and enhance account performance.
- Engage in regular travel within the territory, accounting for 50-75% of the work schedule.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in hematology, oncology, or molecular diagnostics.
- A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and goals within the field.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the designated territory.
