The Commercial Lending Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of lenders to foster profitable growth in commercial loans and attract deposits. This role includes building strong business relationships, ensuring adherence to bank regulations, and managing risk within the designated customer portfolio. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years of advancing experience in commercial banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred, along with a solid understanding of credit structure and commercial lending products.
