Additionally, this individual serves as the Manager on Duty, supervising team members and ensuring that store standards are upheld. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a medium to large retail setting. This position demands physical endurance to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and the availability to work during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
