Job description
The technician will carry out a variety of general maintenance duties within the facility, which encompass minor repairs in electrical systems and HVAC, alongside building maintenance and setup for events. Additionally, they will be tasked with managing the CMMS work order system and providing support for various tasks, including snow removal. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance and hold a valid driver’s license. Exceptional customer service abilities and the capacity to successfully complete background and drug tests are essential.
