**Job Title: Associate Therapist**
The Associate Therapist is responsible for conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as creating and executing tailored treatment plans for clients. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and upholding precise clinical records that adhere to regulatory requirements. Applicants should have a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology, along with a limited license to practice in Michigan. A minimum of one year of experience in supporting clients with primary mental health conditions is highly desired.
