**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in assisting the Store Team Leader with the oversight of daily operations. This includes analyzing sales performance, ensuring safety regulations are met, and upholding store standards. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager is tasked with promoting a supportive team atmosphere, recruiting and training new employees, and connecting with the surrounding community. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in retail, along with a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential, and candidates must be physically capable of handling tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
